1.Personal information we collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.
Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about:

- “what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and”
- “how you interact with the Site.”

We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
When you use our testing or survey services, we also collect the survey responses you provide and the results of tests performed on samples you submit. We refer to this information as "Test and Survey Information." We use Test and Survey Information for research and analysis only in an aggregated or anonymised form that does not identify you.

When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information, and Test and Survey Information.


2.How do we use your personal information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud;
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services; and
- Conduct research, analysis, and surveys for the planning and development of our products and services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).


Consent and Withdrawal of Consent
By providing us with your personal data and placing an order through the Site, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (Section 9). Upon withdrawal, we will cease to collect, use, or disclose your personal data for the relevant purposes, subject to any legal or contractual obligations to retain it.


3.Sharing your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

5.Your Rights (PDPA)

Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”), you have the right to: - request access to the personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed; - request correction of any error or omission in your personal data; and - withdraw your consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data at any time, by giving reasonable notice. To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 9. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time in accordance with the PDPA.
Please note that withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide certain products or services to you.

6.Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.


7.Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
